Product Operations Associate – Sun King
Job Purpose
To design, build, and implement tech-enabled solutions and automations as a key member of the Digitization & Automation team, partnering with in-house developers and stakeholders to resolve technical bottlenecks and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Support & Root-Cause Analysis: Proactively manage and resolve technical issues raised by field teams and stakeholders, conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) and collaborating with internal developers to implement fixes.

Product Operations & Configuration: Oversee the day-to-day monitoring and functioning of existing products, managing system configurations and change requests seamlessly.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate complex business needs into clear documentation, producing use cases, flow charts, and mock screens for user, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Product Rollout & Expansion: Coordinate the rollout and geographic expansion of new products, features, and automations, ensuring smooth onboarding and resolving stakeholder queries.

Process Automation & AI Integration: Streamline and modernize business workflows using AI-driven tools and modern automation frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Testing: Partner across cross-functional groups to contribute to the entire product lifecycle from initial design to launch, and steer rigorous application, solution, and web panel testing.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
Skills, Experience & Competences

3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related tech-delivery domain.

Practical proficiency with Excel, SQL, and AI productivity tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for digging into root causes.
